CHANNEL ISLAND SURFBOARDS FLYER II

What length shortboard surfboard should I pick up? ?
I’m transitioning from a longboard to a shortboard, and wanted to know what the appropriate board length should be for someone 6′2″ and 175 pounds. Specifically, I’m looking into picking up Channel Islands Flyer II. Thanks.
Our surf Guru, and bro John F always says “Only a fool would suggest a certain size on the internet. Go to a local shop and ask” and for the most part, all of us agree. Go to your shop and ask em man. Transitioning from a 9ft log to a 6ft shortie is a HUGE difference too depending on your level of experience. Just go to your shop, or local shaper and ask.
Flyers are expensive too! Good boards but way too overpriced for a transition board.. I believe in custom shapes but a nice Lost or something in that range will suffice.
